If a period of a dian less than fifteen years has been agreed upon, a clause, which provides that the property not redeemed on the date of expiration will be considered sold without a right of redemption, cannot be included in the contract.If a clause, which provides that the property not redeemed on the date of expiration will be considered sold without a right of redemption, has been agreed upon, the dian-holder acquires the ownership of the property dianed if the dian-maker refuses to redeem at the original dian price on the date of expiration.A clause, which provides that the property not redeemed on the date of expiration will be considered sold without a right of redemption, shall not be effective against a third party unless it has been registered.

典權之約定期限不滿十五年者，不得附有到期不贖即作絕賣之條款。
典權附有絕賣條款者，出典人於典期屆滿不以原典價回贖時，典權人即取得典物所有權。
絕賣條款非經登記，不得對抗第三人。
