If the subject of a pledge is a claim, the pledge shall be created in writing.If there is any document evidencing a claim referred to in the preceding paragraph, the pledgor is obligated to deliver it.

以債權為標的物之質權，其設定應以書面為之。
前項債權有證書者，出質人有交付之義務。
