A mortgagee who has not been paid upon maturity of the claim may apply to a court to have the mortgaged property sold by auction and to receive payment out of the proceeds of the sale.

抵押權人，於債權已屆清償期，而未受清償者，得聲請法院，拍賣抵押物，就其賣得價金而受清償。
