If a claim secured by a mortgage is partitioned or partially transferred, the mortgage is not affected thereby.The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply when a debt is partitioned or partially assumed.

以抵押權擔保之債權，如經分割或讓與其一部者，其抵押權不因此而受影響。
