Civil Code Article 795

If there is danger of falling of the whole or a part of a building or other works on a piece ofand, and this may prejudice to the adjacent land, the owner of the adjacent land is entitledto claim for necessary prevention.
中文原文 民法第795條
建築物或其他工作物之全部，或一部有傾倒之危險，致鄰地有受損害之虞者，鄰地所有人，得請求為必要之預防。
