The landowner shall not prevent the natural flow of water coming from an adjacent land.The landowner shall not prevent all of the natural flow of water which is indispensable to the adjacent land, even though it is necessary for utility of his land.
中文原文 民法第775條
土地所有人不得妨阻由鄰地自然流至之水。
自然流至之水為鄰地所必需者，土地所有人縱因其土地利用之必要，不得妨阻其全部。
