If guaranty is given for a series of obligations and for an indefinite period of time, the guarantor may at any time terminate the contract by giving notice to the creditor.In the case of the preceding paragraph, the guarantor is not liable for the obligations incurred by the principal debtor after the notice has reached the creditor.

就連續發生之債務為保證而未定有期間者，保證人得隨時通知債權人終止保證契約。
前項情形，保證人對於通知到達債權人後所發生主債務人之債務，不負保證責任。
