In a contract of annuity for lifetime, where there is a doubt as to its duration, the annuity for lifetime is presumed to be payable to the creditor during his lifetime.In case of doubt, the amount mentioned in the contract is presumed to be the amount to be paid annually.

終身定期金契約，關於期間有疑義時，推定其為於債權人生存期內，按期給付。
契約所定之金額有疑義時，推定其為每年應給付之金額。
