The bearer of a security payable to bearer is bound to surrender the securities to the maker on his requesting performance.When the maker has, in accordance with the previsions of the preceding paragraph, received back the said securities, he acquires the ownership of same, even if the bearer was not entitled to dispose of it.

無記名證券持有人請求給付時，應將證券交還發行人。
發行人依前項規定收回證券時，雖持有人就該證券無處分之權利，仍取得其證券之所有權。
