Civil Code Article 718

In case securities has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the court may, on the application of the bearer, declare the order invalid by means of proceedings by public summons.

指示證券遺失、被盜或滅失者，法院得因持有人之聲請，依公示催告之程序，宣告無效。
