The leader shall not assign his rights and duties to another person without the consent of all the members.A member shall not withdraw from the bid society or assign his membership to another person without the consent of the leader and all the other members.

會首非經會員全體之同意，不得將其權利及義務移轉於他人。
會員非經會首及會員全體之同意，不得退會，亦不得將自己之會份轉讓於他人。
