The carrier is liable for the loss or damage of the luggage caused by his own negligence or that of his employees, even if such luggage has not been entrusted to him by the passenger.

運送人對於旅客所未交託之行李，如因自己或其受僱人之過失，致有喪失或毀損者，仍負責任。
