Civil Code Article 645

The carrier is not entitled to the freight of goods which arc lost by force majeure during transportation. Whatever has been received for that purpose shall be returned.

運送物於運送中，因不可抗力而喪失者，運送人不得請求運費，其因運送而已受領之數額，應返還之。
