The goods shall be transported within the agreed time; in the absence of such agreement, custom shall rule; and in the absence of such agreement or custom, transportation shall be done within a reasonable time.In determining what a reasonable time is as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the circumstances of each particular case shall be taken into consideration.

託運物品應於約定期間內運送之。
無約定者，依習慣。
無約定亦無習慣者，應於相當期間內運送之。
