The delivery of the bill of lading to a person entitled to accepting the goods has the same effect, as regards the transfer of the ownership of the goods, as delivery of the goods themselves.

交付提單於有受領物品權利之人時，其交付就物品所有權移轉之關係，與物品之交付有同一之效力。
