So long as the things bought or sold by the commission agent on account of the principal are in the possession of the commission agent, the rules concerning Deposit shall be applied.The commission agent is not bound to insure the things mentioned in the preceding paragraph, unless he has been otherwise instructed by the principal.

行紀人為委託人之計算所買入或賣出之物，為其占有時，適用寄託之規定。
前項占有之物，除委託人另有指示外，行紀人不負付保險之義務。
