If the duration of the power of the commercial agent is not fixed, either party may terminate it at any time, unless three months notice in advance shall be given to the other party.One of the parties may also terminate the contract at any time without notice in advance in case the termination has to take place by reasons for which the party terminating the contract is not responsible.

代辦權未定期限者，當事人之任何一方得隨時終止契約。
但應於三個月前通知他方。
