Civil Code Article 54

The members may withdraw from the corporation at any time unless the bylaw requires that the members have to remain until the end of the business year, or the expiration of notice period of withdrawal.The period of notice in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed six months.

社員得隨時退社。
但章程限定於事務年度終，或經過預告期間後，始准退社者，不在此限。
前項預告期間，不得超過六個月。
