Where several writings of one and the same author are delivered to the editor to be published separately, the editor shall not publish them collectively.The person ceding the right of edition whereby several writing of the same author or several authors are delivered to the editor to be published collectively, the editor shall not publish them separately.

同一著作人之數著作，為各別出版而交付於出版人者，出版人不得將其數著作，併合出版。
出版權授與人就同一著作人或數著作人之數著作為併合出版，而交付於出版人者，出版人不得將著作，各別出版。
