The editor shall not add or shorten or modify the writing.The editor shall reproduce the writing in appropriate form. He shall also make the necessary advertisements and take the ordinary measures to promote the sales of the publicationThe selling price of the publication is to be fixed by the editor, but it shall not be fixed too high so as to hinder the sale of the publication.

出版人對於著作，不得增減或變更。
出版人應以適當之格式重製著作。
並應為必要之廣告及用通常之方法推銷出版物。
出版物之賣價，由出版人定之。
但不得過高，致礙出版物之銷行。
