A tourist agency is a person who carries on a business of providing a travel service for traveler and receives the expense of the travel.The travel service specified in the preceding paragraph is to arrange an itinerary, provide communications, provide board and lodging, and a tour guide or other service.

稱旅遊營業人者，謂以提供旅客旅遊服務為營業而收取旅遊費用之人。
前項旅遊服務，係指安排旅程及提供交通、膳宿、導遊或其他有關之服務。
