Civil Code Article 499

In the case of the construction of a building or other works on land, and of vital repairs to the said building or works, the deadline specified in the preceding article shall be extended to five years.
中文原文 民法第499條
工作為建築物或其他土地上之工作物或為此等工作物之重大之修繕者，前條所定之期限，延為五年。
