The lessor of agricultural land cannot receive the rental in advance.The lessor shall not refuse to receive, if the lessee fails to pay whole of the rental in accordance with the period instead of paying a part of the rental.

耕作地之出租人不得預收租金。
承租人不能按期支付應交租金之全部，而以一部支付時，出租人不得拒絕收受。
