Civil Code Article 455

The lessee shall, at the end of the lease, return the thing leased. If the thing leased possesses productivity, he shall return to the lessor and maintain the thing in a state of normal productivity.

承租人於租賃關係終止後，應返還租賃物；租賃物有生產力者，並應保持其生產狀態，返還出租人。
