Civil Code Article 422

A lease of real property for a period exceeding one year shall be executed in writing. If it is not so executed in writing, it is deemed to have been made for an indefinite period.

不動產之租賃契約，其期限逾一年者，應以字據訂立之，未以字據訂立者，視為不定期限之租賃。
