Civil Code Article 408

So long as the right of the gift has not been transferred to the donee, the donor may revoke the gift. If the thing given has been partially transferred, the donor may revoke the gift for the portion has not been transferred.The provision of the preceding paragraph shall not apply to gifts notarized or to gifts made for the discharge of a moral obligation.
中文原文 民法第408條
贈與物之權利未移轉前，贈與人得撤銷其贈與。
其一部已移轉者，得就其未移轉之部分撤銷之。
前項規定，於經公證之贈與，或為履行道德上義務而為贈與者，不適用之。
