If the buyer at a sale by auction fails to pay the price in time, the auctioneer may rescind the contract and resell the thing by auction.If the price of the second auction does not cover the original price and costs of the resell by auction, the original buyer is liable for the difference.

拍賣之買受人如不按時支付價金者，拍賣人得解除契約，將其物再為拍賣。
再行拍賣所得之價金，如少於原拍賣之價金及再行拍賣之費用者，原買受人應負賠償其差額之責任。
