Civil Code Article 387

If an object has been delivered to be examined and the buyer does not return the object or declare his refusal within the agreed deadline, or, in the absence of an agreed deadline, within a reasonable deadline fixed by the seller, the buyer is deemed to have accepted.If the buyer has paid the whole price or a portion of it, or does any action which is not necessary for examining the object, he is deemed to have accepted it.

標的物因試驗已交付於買受人，而買受人不交還其物，或於約定期限或出賣人所定之相當期限內不為拒絕之表示者，視為承認。
買受人已支付價金之全部或一部，或就標的物為非試驗所必要之行為者，視為承認。
