When in the contract of sale, the seller reserves the right of redemption, he may redeem the object sold on returning the price.If the price for redemption specified in the preceding paragraph has been fixed by an agreement, such agreement shall be followed.The interest on the original price and the profits obtained by the buyer from the object sold are deemed to be offset against each other.
