Civil Code Article 363

If one of several things sold is defective, the buyer may only rescind such defective thing. If several things are sold for an aggregate price, the buyer may also demand a reduction in the aggregate price proportionate to the defective thing.In the case provided by the preceding paragraph, either party may rescind the whole contract if he is obviously injured through the separation of the defective thing from the others.

為買賣標的之數物中，一物有瑕疵者，買受人僅得就有瑕疵之物為解除。
其以總價金將數物同時賣出者，買受人並得請求減少與瑕疵物相當之價額。
前項情形，當事人之任何一方，如因有瑕疵之物，與他物分離而顯受損害者，得解除全部契約。
