If the buyer asserts that there is a defect in the thing sold, the seller may fix a reasonable deadline and notify the buyer to declare within such deadline whether he rescinds the contract or not.If the buyer does not rescind the contract within the deadline specified in the preceding paragraph, the right of rescission is lost.

買受人主張物有瑕疵者，出賣人得定相當期限，催告買受人於其期限內是否解除契約。
買受人於前項期限內不解除契約者，喪失其解除權。
買受人於前項期限內不解除契約者，喪失其解除權。
