When there are several persons undertaking the same obligation and expressing that each of them is bound to the creditor for the whole of the prestation, this obligation is a joint-obligation.If there is no such expression specified in the preceding paragraph, a joint-obligation is constituted only in the cases provided by the act.

數人負同一債務，明示對於債權人各負全部給付之責任者，為連帶債務。
無前項之明示時，連帶債務之成立，以法律有規定者為限。
