Civil Code Article 241

When the debtor is under an obligation to deliver a real property, he may, after the creditor is in default, abandon its possession.In the case of abandonment under the preceding paragraph, the debtor shall be bound to notify the creditor in advance, unless such notice is impossible.

有交付不動產義務之債務人，於債權人遲延後，得拋棄其占有。
