If there is change of circumstances which is not predictable then after the constitution of the contract, and if the performance of the original obligation arising therefrom will become obviously unfair, the party may apply to the court for increasing or reducing his payment, or altering the original obligation.The provision in the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to the obligation not arising from the contract.

契約成立後，情事變更，非當時所得預料，而依其原有效果顯失公平者，當事人得聲請法院增、減其給付或變更其他原有之效果。
