If the management of the affair is acknowledged by the principal, unless otherwise expressed by the parties, from the beginning of the management, the provisions concerning Mandate shall be applied.

管理事務經本人承認者，除當事人有特別意思表示外，溯及管理事務開始時，適用關於委任之規定。
