Where the testator has intentionally destroyed or Repealed a will, or stated in the will his intention of annulling it, the will is deemed to have been withdrew.

遺囑人故意破毀或塗銷遺囑，或在遺囑上記明廢棄之意思者，其遺囑視為撤回。
