After an executor comes into office, if it is necessary to draw up an inventory of the property related to the will, he must without delay draw up such an inventory and deliver it to the heir.

遺囑執行人就職後，於遺囑有關之財產，如有編製清冊之必要時，應即編製遺產清冊，交付繼承人。
