The revocation or acknowledgement of a juridical act shall be made by an expression of intent.If the other party is known, the declaration of intent shall be made to him.
中文原文 民法第116條
撤銷及承認，應以意思表示為之。
如相對人確定者，前項意思表示，應向相對人為之。
