Civil Code Article 114

If a juridical act has been revoked, it is deemed to have been void ab initio.If a juridical act which is revocable was known or might have been known to the parties concerned, the provision of the preceding article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the revocation of the juridical act.

法律行為經撤銷者，視為自始無效。
當事人知其得撤銷或可得而知者，其法律行為撤銷時，準用前條之規定。
