Where the person who has the right under Article 1129 to convene a meeting of the family council refuses to obey any of its resolutions, he may complain to the court within three months.

第一千一百二十九條所定有召集權之人，對於親屬會議之決議有不服者，得於三個月內向法院聲訴。
