Civil Code Article 111

If a part of a juridical act is void, the whole juridical act is void; however, if the juridical act could exist excluding the void part, the other part remains valid.

法律行為之一部分無效者，全部皆為無效。
但除去該部分亦可成立者，則其他部分，仍為有效。
