The court shall inform the Household Administration Bureau for registration when electing guardians, allowing guardians’ dismiss, and re-electing or changing guardians.

法院於選定監護人、許可監護人辭任及另行選定或改定監護人時，應依職權囑託該管戶政機關登記。
