Civil Code Article 11

When there have been two or more persons perished in a catastrophe and if the sequence of their death could not be proven, they are presumed to be dead simultaneously.
中文原文 民法第11條
二人以上同時遇難，不能證明其死亡之先後時，推定其為同時死亡。
