I. This Act shall enter into force on May 24, 2019.II. Amendments to this Act shall enter into force on the date of promulgation unless an additional date is specified.III. Articles 3, 9, and 16 of the Act amended on May 23, 2023 shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.
