Parties to a union as stated in Article 2 has the obligation to support each other.The provisions of Article 1116-1, Paragraph 1 of Article 1117, proviso of Article 1118, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 1118-1, and Articles 1119 to 1121 of Civil Code concerning the obligations of mutual support shall apply mutatis mutandis to a union as stated in Article 2.

第二條關係雙方當事人互負扶養義務。
第二條關係雙方當事人間之扶養，準用民法第一千一百十六條之一、第一千一百十七條第一項、第一千一百十八條但書、第一千一百十八條之一第一項及第二項、第一千一百十九條至第一千一百二十一條之規定。
