The Organization Regulations for the Branches of the Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice Article 4
Based on the complexity of agency functions and dimension of the jurisdiction, the Braches shall be divided into three categories. Each applicable category shall be approved by the Executive Yuan.
