Statute on the Establishment of Juvenile Detention Houses Article 2
Juvenile detention houses are subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan High Prosecutors Office; their respective locations and field of jurisdiction are defined by the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, and then forwarded to the Ministry of Justice for approval.
