The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 79
When a Student who is under the enforcement of imprisonment or detention violates the discipline, the following one or multiple punishments may be imposed:1. Reprimand;2. Compulsory labor for one (1) to five (5) days, and no more than two (2) hours each day; and/or3. Stopping outdoor activities for one (1) to three (3) days.When a Student who is under the enforcement of reformatory education violates the discipline, the following one or two punishments may be imposed:1. Reprimand; and/or2. Compulsory labor for one (1) to five (5) days, and no more than two (2) hours each day.Counselors shall immediately give individual counseling to the Student punished, when the situations prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs occur.

執行徒刑、拘役之學生，有違背紀律之行為時，得施以下列一款或數款之懲罰：
一、告誡。
二、勞動服務一日至五日，每日以二小時為限。
三、停止戶外活動一日至三日。
執行感化教育之學生，有前項之行為時，得施以下列一款或二款之懲罰：
一、告誡。
二、勞動服務一日至五日，每日以二小時為限。
前二項情形，輔導教師應立即對受懲罰之學生進行個別輔導。

二、勞動服務一日至五日，每日以二小時為限。
