The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 58
The General Teaching Department of a Reformatory School may establish an artistry education class, practical skill class, and special education class upon the actual requirements.Students at the General Teaching Department may participate in the Special Teaching Department according to their wills during the winter and summer breaks. When deemed necessary, the Institution may order the Students to participate in the Special Teaching Department.

矯正學校之一般教學部得依實際需要辦理國中技藝教育班、實用技能班及特殊教育班等班級。
