The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 25
If a section is established pursuant to Article 12 hereof, the said section shall have a section chief concurrently served by a teacher or personnel of recommended position without grading. However, if the disciplinary affairs division has a female section, the section chief shall be concurrently served by a female instructor.
